What is Embodiment? To quote Mark Walsh a teacher of mine in this area ‘Embodiment is if you believe your body is more than a brain Taxi’
This isn’t yoga but the roots of these practices can be traced back to yoga in many instances. Get to know how you REALLY feel about your life and that around you through the wisdom of your body.
Each week will look at a different theme but roughly the sessions will flow as:
20 minute mediation
20 minute movement exercise
10 closure (sometimes journaling)
